WBKatering is a White Box Kitchen and Catering modular mobile food production and deployment platform developed to support catering operations, emergency feeding missions, temporary field kitchens, and scalable community food infrastructure. Built around adaptable transport, storage, and processing systems, WBKatering combines mobile kitchen capability with integrated logistics, power, environmental control, and inventory movement solutions designed for rapidly deployable operations.
The operational framework utilizes modular rack systems, mobile staging carts, expandable storage platforms, industrial food processing equipment, and transportable utility infrastructure to support flexible deployment in both planned events and emergency response environments. Vertical rack architecture allows efficient use of limited space while supporting airflow-dependent systems such as food dehydration, warming, storage, communications, and integrated equipment management.
Field kitchen capability is supported through trailered kitchen systems including the MKT-85 mobile field kitchen platform, capable of supporting large-scale meal preparation operations during temporary deployments, disaster response activities, and community support missions. Supporting infrastructure may include integrated power generation and environmental control systems capable of supplying electrical power, cooling, and operational utility support for field kitchens, shelters, temporary staging sites, and mobile command environments.
Portable shelter systems and environmental support equipment improve deployment sustainability by supporting temporary housing, volunteer support operations, and climate-controlled operational spaces in high-heat or infrastructure-limited environments. Expandable carts, mobile transport racks, and deployable storage systems improve staging efficiency, inventory management, and rapid operational setup while reducing manual handling requirements.
WBKatering also integrates mobile power and communications infrastructure including field charging systems, deployable electronic support equipment, and modular transport enclosures capable of supporting local networking, ordering systems, communications equipment, and portable utility systems during field operations.
Supporting mobility operations is the STEED platform, an assisted inventory movement and deployment support system designed to reduce manual transport strain while improving operational efficiency across staging, loading, deployment, and recovery activities. The STEED system may assist with movement of inventory, mobile kitchen equipment, rack systems, supply carts, and positioning of trailers or field assets once disconnected from primary tow vehicles.
